Tacos Acámbaro started with a dream and a love for food that reminds us of home. I grew up watching my family cook in Acámbaro, Guanajuato, where everything was made from scratch and shared with love. When I moved to Salinas, I wanted to bring that same feeling here—good food, served with heart.

In 2010, we opened Tacos Acámbaro at 631 E Alvin Dr, Salinas, CA. From day one, our goal was simple: serve real Mexican food that people eat back home. No shortcuts, no fancy tricks—just the kind of meals we’ve been making for generations.
